Description: Change is never easy, especially for individuals with Autism. This difficulty with change can make transitions very tricky for everyone. This session will discuss common types of transitions that individuals with Autism may face during a typical day. Using the Boardmaker Software Family, the session will then demonstrate different types of visual supports that may help them through with these times of change. You will walk away from this session with a greater understanding of how to set up your child/student/ or client for successful transitions through the changes in life using the Boardmaker Software Family.
