Coloring Easter eggs

We put our eggs in metal whisks and put the dye in large heavy glasses. It was the cleanest egg coloring activity that we've had! No dropped broken eggs or spilled dye. We had a blast!!

Easter wreath $4.32!

I saw this on My Frugal Family and I thought it was really cute!!!
So I thought I would try to make it. I went to the Dollar Tree and I got:
3 bags of 18 plastic Easter eggs $1 each
1 bag of purple Easter grass $1
total cost $4.39 after tax!!

First I cut the shape out of cardboard and glued the bottom 2 rolls of eggs to it. Secondly I glued the grass filling in the holes. Then I cut the long pieces of grass (to make it look cleaner) And finally I glued some random eggs on top to fill in gaps. It took less that 30 minutes and the boys loved it!! **Be careful with the hot glue**
