Gluten, Dairy, and Egg free Zucchini bread

This bread is really easy and YUMMY!

Gluten, Dairy, and Egg free Zucchini bread

*I use a large food processor*

1 Large Zucchini
4 eggs (I use Ener-G egg replacer)
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil (i use sunflower)
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All purpose flour
1 TBL Xanthan gum
1 TBL cinamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

I chop the zucchini in the food processor as tiny as I can get it. Then I mix in the egg replacer, sugar, oil and vanilla. Then I add the dry ingredients. Make sure it's mixed well. Use (2) 9x5x3 loaf pans and bake at 375 for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Coloring Easter eggs

We put our eggs in metal whisks and put the dye in large heavy glasses. It was the cleanest egg coloring activity that we've had! No dropped broken eggs or spilled dye. We had a blast!!

Kmart double coupons this week!!!

I went to Kmart today to check out the double coupon event.
1. you must sign up the the Kmart rewards card it' free, you can sign up in store or HERE online.
2. limit of 5 coupons per day
3. double coupons up to $2, so if you have a $2 coupon off something then it would be $4 off!!

The B1G1 free coupon did not count against my 5 coupon limit because they did not double it.

Toy Story pre-order deal !!!! Monday is last day!!

I did this today at Toysrus and it worked!! Monday is the last day to pre-order the Toy Story movies because they are released Tuesday!

If you pre-order Toy Story 1 Blueray/DVD combo pack $16.99 & Toy Story 2 Blueray/DVD combo pack $16.99 you get $15 instantly on another movie. I got Princess and the Frog DVD ($19.99) it gave it to me for free!! For some reason it took another $4.99 off! I only paid $10.58. which is the $5 per movie pre-order deposit, that will come off the price of the movies when I pick them up on Tuesday. I also logged into disneymovierewards.com and typed the upc codes from our old vhs Toy Story 1 & 2 and was able to print an upgrade coupon of $10 off each movie (total of (2) $10 off coupons) When I go back on Tuesday the deal will look like this:
